The KPKS has a set of competent, skilled and experienced teaching staff with a long-time experience of teaching junior students at KDBHSS and other institutions. Many of the teachers have received training in Montessori and Early Childhood system of education. Besides, some teachers are also trained in Child Centered Learning from Rato Bangala Foundation.
