Kindergarten : Pre School

We at KPKS Kindergarten believe every child is special, unique. Children are the hands by which we take hold of heaven. We make sure our children feel safe, loved, cared for and they are important as they enter the school .

Our priority for children is their safety, health and hygiene. We assure our children are safe in our hands, they eat proper healthy food and feel loved. We organise various programmes to build confidence and to build strong foundation skills. And we make sure every child gets equal opportunity. We focus on ACTIVITY BASED learning with a thematic approach .

Primary I : Grade-1

In Grade-One, we are focusing on holistic development of each and every individual which includes various skills. Mainly, we focus on four core skills, i.e. cognitive, physical, socio-emotional and language development.  Also, we design activities that enhance 5Cs i.e. creativity, critical thinking skills, communication and collaboration along with other soft skills to cope up with day to day challenges and greater opportunities. We encourage our students to coordinate Head, Hand and Heart in the right way for spatial awareness and character building.

The 3CR Approach, crafted by experts for a global context, aligns with the national curriculum, incorporating multiple intelligences and 29 soft skills. It features monthly parent-teacher meetings and transparency in academic and co-curricular performance. Our family-like environment fosters love, belonging, and individual fulfillment. We offer experiential learning opportunities for students to develop 21st-century skills, understanding society from a closer perspective. We advocate for enjoyable, inclusive learning with zero corporal punishment, believing this approach enhances student engagement and learning speed.

Lower Secondary : Grade 5-7

Our program helps students move from Unit B to C, guided by mentors as they grow from children to teens. They improve their literacy and communication with the CDC's hands-on curriculum, engaging in discussions, shows, field trips, and role-play. The content is stimulating, supporting all-round achievement. Assignments encourage self-learning and time management, building on what’s taught. Core subjects have expert mentors, with skilled facilitators covering other areas.

KPKS emphasizes the socio-emotional development and mental health of students as much as academic learning. To support the emotional needs of adolescents, the school employs an in-house counselor who offers regular sessions to students and guidance to parents, ensuring a supportive environment for mental well-being. Comprehensive progress reports at the end of each term detail not just academic achievements and co-curricular involvement but also evaluate socio-emotional growth and interpersonal skills. This holistic approach ensures that the individual progress of each learner is consistently monitored and nurtured by dedicated mentors.
