Welcome to Kathmandu Pragyakunja School! We are delighted to have you as part of our educational community. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

Enrollment and Admission:
1.1. Admission to Kathmandu Pragyakunja School is subject to availability of seats and the completion of the admission process, including submission of all required documents and payment of applicable fees.
1.2. Admission is granted based on the school’s admission criteria and policies, which may be updated from time to time.
1.3. The school reserves the right to refuse admission to any student without providing any reason.

Fees and Payments:
2.1. Tuition fees and other applicable fees are set by the school and are subject to change.
2.2. Fees must be paid on or before the due date specified by the school.
2.3. Late payment of fees may result in additional charges or penalties.
2.4. Fees once paid are non-refundable, except as determined by the school’s refund policy.

Attendance and Punctuality:
3.1. Students are expected to attend school regularly and be punctual for all classes, activities, and events.
3.2. Absences must be reported to the school in advance or on the same day with a valid reason.
3.3. Students with excessive unexcused absences may face disciplinary action, including dismissal from the school.

Code of Conduct:
4.1. Students are expected to follow the school’s code of conduct, which includes rules on behavior, dress, use of electronic devices, and respect for teachers, staff, and fellow students.
4.2. Any form of bullying, harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
4.3. Parents/guardians are expected to support the school’s code of conduct and cooperate with the school in addressing any disciplinary issues.

Curriculum and Academic Progress:
5.1. The school’s curriculum, assessments, and grading policies are determined by the school and may be subject to change.
5.2. Students are expected to actively participate in all academic activities, complete assignments and assessments, and maintain satisfactory academic progress.
5.3. Parents/guardians are encouraged to regularly communicate with teachers and participate in parent-teacher conferences to stay informed about their child’s academic progress.

Health and Safety:
6.1. Students are expected to maintain good personal hygiene, follow safety rules and guidelines, and report any health or safety concerns to the school immediately.
6.2. The school will take reasonable measures to ensure the health and safety of students, but will not be liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on school premises or during school-related activities.

Communication and Privacy:
7.1. The school may communicate important information, updates, and notices to parents/guardians and students via email, phone, school website, or other means of communication.
7.2. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate contact information to the school and keeping it up-to-date.
7.3. The school respects the privacy of parents/guardians and students and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Termination of Enrollment:
8.1. The school reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment of fees, violation of school policies, poor academic performance, or other disciplinary issues.
8.2. Parents/guardians may request withdrawal of their child from the school by providing written notice to the school in advance.
8.3. Upon termination of enrollment, the school may retain records and transcripts
